Complete Your Jamboree Readiness Update
We’re getting ready to launch our health information platform, and upload your registration data to the Polish jamboree team. This means we will need your help to check that your existing data is correct, and upload some additional data to both our registration system and our health information system. Nobody likes filling in forms, so we’ve included some information below about why it’s important.

Ensuring your details are current is vital for a seamless Jamboree experience. Here’s why:
Safety First
Accurate medical details ensure we can prepare in advance, and provide the best care during activities and emergencies.
Privacy Protection
Your sensitive medical information is securely managed using ePACT, a specialized platform designed for secure health information management.
Readiness Assurance
The Jamboree organizers require specific participant information in advance and changes become increasingly difficult once data is submitted.
Code of Conduct Updates
We’ve updated the Code of Conducts for the Canadian Contingent, which you will be required to accept as you complete your medical profile on ePACT.
We have separate versions for Youth, which will require both the youth and a parent to read, sign, and accept, and an Adult version.
Take a look at them now so that you’re prepared in advance; and if you’re a parent of a youth attending, ensure you discuss every point with them.
When do I need to complete the JRU?
We’ve changed some of our deadlines, specifically for our youth members. We recognize that it may take more time for you to organize the details we’re requesting, so we’ve extended that timeframe.
Youth Participants
Extra time for you to gather all the information you need, to provide us with accurate details!
IST
We haven’t changed the IST deadline, as we need all your info to ensure that we can submit your details for IST Role Selection!
PUL
We’ve given you an extra week, so we can focus on our IST data uploads, as you already know what role you’ll have at the Jamboree!
