Youth & International Service Team<\/em> – Thursday October 30th, 2025<\/p>\n

We’ll be closing our regular applications this month, as all contingents must submit their numbers to the Jamboree for approval on November 1st. Our waitlist will open in December… but we won’t be able to include you in our initial application, and you may not be able to attend!<\/p>\n

Why are we closing applications so early? This World Scout Jamboree is different than previous ones; contingents are required to submit their final numbers by November 1st. Not just us – that’s all contingents across the world! The Poland 2027 Jamboree team will confirm our numbers in December, after which we’ll be opening our waitlist for those who may be interested in attending if a spot opens up.<\/p>\n

Here’s the catch… a spot may not open up! We’ve seen a jump in interest in attending the Jamboree, so although we want as many applicants to join us as possible, we can’t guarantee those on the waitlist will be able to grab a spot.<\/p>\n

So, share the news! If you or someone you know is interested in joining as a youth, PUL, or IST, apply now before those application dates close.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
