We commit to ensuring that every element of our Jamboree fees will ensure they have a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
This is their hard-earned money, not ours.

Payment Schedule

Wait... July 24 or August 15th?
That’s right!
We will require a $1,000 deposit for your first payment, which will be taken on either July 24th or August 15th, depending on which day you register for the Jamboree.
Register before July 20th? Your payment will be taken on July 24th.
Register after July 20th, but before August 10th? Your payment will be taken on August 14th.
What if I register after those dates?
You will be required to pay all fees that were due, up to your registration date.
For example, if you register on September 15th, 2025, your frist payment will be $1,700 for youth and PULs, or $1,600 for IST.
If you register on March 14th, 2026, your first payment will be $3,100 for youth and PULs, or $2,800 for IST.
Payment Details

- Initial deposits will be taken by PADs on July 24th or August 14th, depending on when you apply
- Anyone who applies after September 30th will have “catch up” payments, covering all payments made up to that date
- Payments will be made through pre-authorized debit (PADs); we are unable to accept credit card payments due to processing fees
- PADs are scheduled for Thursdays, with a reminder sent on Tuesday of the prior week
- (*) We will determine if the final June 15th, 2027 payment can be adjusted in May 2027
- Those whose applications are approved and are eligible for the Early Bird rate will receive a $100 discount on their April 15th, 2027 payment
