What if I register after those dates?
You will be required to pay all fees that were due, up to your registration date.
- Initial deposits for applications made by October 31st will be taken by PADs on Thursday, November 6. Catch up for first instalment will be on Thursday, December 3rd
- Applications received after October 31 will receive details of payments within a week of applying

Payment Details
What do you need to know about your payments? Take a look here, as well as our policy pages.
- Initial deposits will be taken by PADs on July 24th or August 14th, depending on when you apply
- Anyone who applies after September 30th will have “catch up” payments, covering all payments made up to that date
- Payments will be made through pre-authorized debit (PADs); we are unable to accept credit card payments due to processing fees
- PADs are scheduled for Thursdays, with a reminder sent on Tuesday of the prior week
- (*) We will determine if the final June 15th, 2027 payment can be adjusted in May 2027
- Those whose applications are approved and are eligible for the Early Bird rate will receive a $100 discount on their April 15th, 2027 payment
