Applicant Information

What role are you apply for? Do youi know what you’re eligible for, or as an adult, if you want to be a PUL or IST?

Unique Email Address

Each application requires a unique email address, so you can access and update information as needed. If you’re applying as an adult and for your youth, you’ll require a separate email address for each application.

Ensure you have the following details available:

  • NAre you a member of Scouts Canada, or l’Association des scouts du Canada?
  • NThe name of your Scouting group, such as 1st Bucktooth
  • NYour MyScouts number for Scouts Canada members, or SISC number for members of l’Association des scouts du Canada

You’ll be required to provide the details of an emergency contact; we encourage you to provide 2-3 different ones, although only your first will be submitted to the Poland system.

Additional emergency contacts will be used by the CMT, if required.

Banking Information

As payments will be made through PADs, please ensure you have the details of the account owner – as well as those of any joint account owners on it.

You can either upload a VOID cheque, or input your bank details, transit number, and account numbers.

Travel Details

As an international event, we’ll need to know if you have a valid passport – and if so, what are the details for it? So have your passport handy!

No passport, expired, or expiring passport prior to the Jamboree? No problem, you’ll have a chance to update those details – we just need to know who will need support.

We will also ask what major airport you live close to – as close as possible – and some travel preferences that we’ll re-confirm later.

Oh, and if you think you’ll be staying in Europe after the Jamboree!

Activity Preferences

The Jamboree (Poland) would like to know your comfort level with activities, such as:

  • NSailing / Kayaking
  • NSwimming
  • NLarge crowds
  • NFlashing lights
  • NLoud noises
  • NConfined spaces

That’s not to say they can all be avoided… but they’d like to know what attendees are comfortable with, to shape their program!
