No, all Jamboree registrants must be active members of their NSO (Scouts Canada or L’Association des scouts du Canada) for the duration of the Jamboree.

What if I want to participate, but was born before July 30 2009, or after July 30 2013?

Unfortunately participants must be born between July 31st, 2009 and July 30th, 2013, inclusively, to be able to attend as a participant.

This is set by the World Organization of the Scout Movemement (WOSM), and exceptions cannot be made.

If you were born before July 31st, 2009, you will be able apply as an IST or PUL.

If you were before after July 30th, 2013, you will be able to attend the next Jamboree in 2031.
